2015年10月21日,中共中央印发了新修订的《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》(以下简称《准则》)和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》(以下简称《条例》),谱写出新形势下全面从严治党的全新篇章,对深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,永葆党的先进性和纯洁性,具有十分重大而深远的意义。深刻理解、准确把握两项法规的精髓和实质,是当前纪检组织的重大政治任务,对于更好地履行监督执纪问责职责具有重要的指导意义。一、严肃领会学习,准确把握《准则》和《条例》新精神
