为深化事业单位人事制度改革,建立健全事业单位岗位设置管理制度,实现事业单位人事管理的科学化、规范化、制度化,按照上级文件精神,结合医院实际情况,制定切实可行的医院岗位设置实施方案。本文介绍了我院岗位设置的具体做法和工作体会。
