本文用一种较简单的方法制备了以氟离子导体为固体电解质的全固态薄膜电池。該电池是以Pb为阳极、掺杂的β-PbF_2为电解质及BiO_(0.09)F_(2.02):BiF_3|Bi为阴极组成的。在温度279K~283K内,测得电池的开路电压为312±4mV。电池放置几星期后,其开路电压值基本保持不变。在1.1MΩ恒负载下,电池放电过程中有一个长达几十天的平稳阶段。对于不同的负载,放电电流密度约为1.2~6.2mA/m~2。
In this paper, an all-solid-state thin-film cell with fluoride ion conductor as solid electrolyte was prepared by a relatively simple method. The cell is composed of Pb as anode, doped β-PbF 2 as electrolyte and BiO_ (0.09) F 2.02: BiF_3 | Bi as cathode. In the temperature of 279K ~ 283K, measured the battery open circuit voltage of 312 ± 4mV. After placing the battery for several weeks, its open circuit voltage remained essentially unchanged. Under 1.1MΩ constant load, the battery discharge process has a steady period of up to several dozen days. For different loads, the discharge current density is about 1.2 ~ 6.2mA / m ~ 2.
