在这改革开放的十年里,全国许多有名的戏曲剧团多数都在走背运(包括笔者所在的剧院),而唯独湖北省京剧团和他的导演余笑予同志却在这十年里红了起来。他们红的标志是三次带剧团进京演出,都获得了成功。人们誉之为“三连冠”。因为他们的《徐九经升官记》、《药王庙传奇》、《膏药章》进京演出都获得了成功。这在全国的剧团都是少见的。至于余笑予导演的戏剧在北京演出取得成功,则不止这三个戏了,还有汉剧《弹吉它的姑娘》、荆州花鼓《水乡情》和《家庭公案》及北京的曲剧《少年天子》等等。作为一个戏曲导演,在全国也是少见的。基于上述的原因,有关部门在去年年底在武昌东湖召开了一个“湖北省京剧团和余笑予艺术研讨会”,到的人很不少,笔者也有幸参加。湖北省京剧团和余笑予导演艺术成功的秘密在哪
During the ten years of reform and opening up, most of the well-known opera troupes nationwide were moving away (including the theater where the author was). Only the Beijing Opera Troupe and his director Yu Xiaoyu in Hubei Province went red in these ten years . As a drama director, is also rare in the country. For the above reasons, the relevant departments held a “Hubei Peking Opera Troupe and Yu Xiaoyu Art Seminar” at the end of last year in Wuchang Donghu. There are quite a lot of people here.
