以全氟丁基磺酰氟和N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺为原料合成全氟丁基磺酰胺,进一步季铵盐化反应制备N,N-二甲基-N-辛基-N-(N’-全氟丁基磺酰胺基)丙基溴化铵。采用FT-IR、1 HNMR、19FNMR、MS等方法表征了产物的化学结构。表面张力等测试表明,产物具有优良的表面活性,其溶液临界胶束浓度为2mg/mL,最低表面张力可达16.7mN/m。其与碳氢表面活性剂复配体系的表面活性提高,铺展时间小于0.5s,适合作为全氟辛基磺酸/辛酸及其盐类(PFOS/A)替代品应用于水成膜泡沫灭火剂。
Perfluorobutanesulfonyl fluoride was synthesized by using perfluorobutanesulfonyl fluoride and N, N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine as starting materials, and further N, N-dimethyl-N Octyl-N- (N’-perfluorobutylsulfonamido) propyl ammonium bromide. The chemical structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR, 1 HNMR, 19F NMR and MS. Surface tension and other tests show that the product has excellent surface activity, the solution of the critical micelle concentration of 2mg / mL, the minimum surface tension of up to 16.7mN / m. Its surface activity with the hydrocarbon surfactant complex system is improved, and the spreading time is less than 0.5s, suitable for use as a water-forming foam fire extinguishing agent as a substitute for perfluorooctane sulfonic acid / caprylic acid and its salts (PFOS / A) .
