目的 为研究Hsp70在人类表皮和表皮肿瘤疾病中的表达和作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法 ,对 5 6例表皮肿瘤 (其中 2 9例基底细胞癌、2 7例鳞状细胞癌 )和 3 0例正常人皮肤中HSP70的表达进行检测。结果 HSP70在正常表皮全层角质形成细胞胞浆均有表达 ;在基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌的癌细胞胞浆表达减弱 ,但在部分癌细胞核有中等表达。结论 胞浆HSP70表达降低可能与皮肤肿瘤有关 ,细胞核表达HSP70与角质形成细胞恶性生长有关
Objective To investigate the expression and role of Hsp70 in human epidermal and epidermal tumor diseases. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of HSP70 in 56 cases of epidermal tumors (29 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 27 cases of squamous cell carcinoma) and 30 normal human skin. Results HSP70 was expressed in cytoplasm of keratinocytes of normal epidermis. The expression of HSP70 was weak in cytoplasm of basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, but moderate in some cancer cells. Conclusion The decrease of cytoplasmic HSP70 expression may be related to skin neoplasm. The expression of HSP70 in nucleus is related to the malignant growth of keratinocytes
