本文介绍利用光导波与声表面波互作用的布喇格偏转器的设计、制作和实验结果。在Y切LiNbO_3光波导上制作了中心频率为165兆赫的多元平行阵列换能器,偏转器有效带宽为35兆赫、50%衍射效率所需电驱动功率约为100毫瓦。利用中心频率为250兆赫的相控阵换能器和第一级声束跟踪第二栅瓣束控实现了有效带宽为95兆赫、50%衍射效率仅需约90毫瓦电驱动功率的偏转器性能。偏转光斑和非偏转光斑的质量尚好,并未观察到两者之间的模式转换现象。
This article describes the design, fabrication and experimental results of Bragg deflectors using optical guided-wave and surface acoustic wave interaction. A multivariate parallel array transducer with a center frequency of 165 MHz was fabricated on a Y-cut LiNbO 3 optical waveguide with an effective bandwidth of 35 MHz for a deflector and an electrical drive power of about 100 mW at a 50% diffraction efficiency. The use of a phased-array transducer centered at 250 MHz and a first grating beam-tracking second grating flap achieves a deflector with an effective bandwidth of 95 MHz and a 50% diffraction efficiency of only about 90 mW of electric drive power performance. The quality of the deflected spot and the non-deflected spot is still good, and no mode transition between the two is observed.
