【摘 要】
：
将三年制高职老年服务与管理专业学生83人随机分为体验式教学组和传统教学组,比较两组学生的理论和技能成绩,人文关怀及对学习效果的自我评价.结果显示,体验式教学组的理论和技能成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.5);学生人文关怀能力提升;对学习效果的积极评价人数明显高于传统教学组.研究表明,体验式教学法效果较好,突出了学生的主体地位,体现了“知行合一”的目标,体现了多元化、系统化和多维度的评价,注重学生自我价值感、自我获得感的培养,提升了学生的人文关怀能力.

文章运用DEA-Malmquist指数分析法,从静态和动态角度对2006—2018年新疆十四地州公共物品供给效率进行测度和分析.实证结果显示:从静态角度分析,公共物品供给效率均值呈上升态势,供给增量和存量有所提高,但不同年份不同地区公共物品供给效率有所差异,整体没有达到DEA有效.从动态角度分析,公共物品全要素生产率年均值小于1,公共物品全要素生产率仍未摆脱衰退的局面.基于此,可以从调整公共物品供给结构、加快技术进步、推动体制机制创新等方面寻求新疆公共物品供给效率提升的路径.
