铁路实现跨越式发展,技术装备水平和运输能力快速提升,对干部的理论素养、知识水平和业务技能都提出了新的更高的要求,干部教育培训工作的重要性日益凸现。各级组织积极提升干部培训的战略地位,探索和开拓培训工作新思路,创新培训手段和方式,加大干部教育培训力度,注重在培训中提高企业综合竞争力。为进一步改革干部培训工作,培训管理者应注意把握好以下三个方面。
The rapid development of the railway by leaps and bounds, its technical equipment and transport capacity has raised new and higher requirements for cadres’ theoretical accomplishments, knowledge and business skills, and the importance of cadre education and training work has become increasingly prominent.
