[目的]探讨磷化氢对水稻种子萌发过程及其生理特性的影响。[方法]通过模拟研究环境中高浓度磷化氢对水稻种子萌发过程及其生理特性的影响,探讨水稻土中磷循环过程中磷化氢对水稻生长的初期环境生态效应。[结果]环境中磷化氢的存在导致水稻种子的发芽率、发芽势分别下降11.11%、19.71%;同时水稻种子萌发过程中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性减少至94.35%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性减少92.61%,丙二醛(MDA)含量最大增长29.11%。说明水稻种子在高浓度磷化氢影响下下,发芽力及生长状况都受到了抑制作用。[结论]该研究为自然界中磷化氢对水稻种子萌发过程影响的研究提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of phosphine on the germination process and physiological characteristics of rice seeds. [Method] The effects of high concentration of phosphine on rice seed germination and its physiological characteristics were studied by simulation, and the initial environmental and ecological effects of phosphine on the growth of rice in phosphorus cycling in paddy soil were discussed. [Result] The germination rate and germination energy of rice seeds decreased by 11.11% and 19.71% respectively due to the presence of phosphine in the environment. At the same time, the activity of catalase (CAT) decreased to 94.35% during the germination of rice seeds. The activity of POD decreased by 92.61% and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased by 29.11%. It shows that under the influence of high concentration of phosphine, the rice seed germination ability and growth status are inhibited. [Conclusion] This study provided the theoretical basis for the study of the influence of phosphine on the germination process of rice seeds in nature.
