创建无鼠害城区是创建卫生城市的重要组成部份,为保障人民身体健康和配合温州创建卫生城市活动,我市于1992年下半年开始创建无鼠害城区达标活动。在组织有关专业人员认真总结以往灭鼠经验的基础上充分吸收非地创建灭鼠害达标经验。在大面积灭鼠达标前确定灭鼠范围,制定《温州市创建无鼠害城区技术方案》、编印《灭鼠员培训手册》和《几种灭鼠药政毒原理及中毒急救方法》,进行灭鼠员培训活动,然后展开方案的实施。达标后,及时制订了《巩固措施技术方案》。
