[目的]优化氟虫腈悬浮剂配方,防治卫生害虫。[方法]通过湿式超微粉碎法制备10%氟虫腈悬浮剂,并通过流点法及配方法逐步筛选分散剂种类,优化润湿分散剂比例。[结果]10%氟虫腈悬浮剂的最优配方为氟虫腈10.0%(质量分数),烷基萘磺酸盐缩聚物(Morwet D-425)1.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐与阴离子润湿剂混合物(MorwetEFW)1.0%,黄原胶0.1%,硅酸镁铝0.5%,乙二醇5.0%,水补足至100%。[结论]该制剂经(54±2)℃热贮14 d后,其析水率、粒度分布和流变学性质均较好,其他各项指标均符合悬浮剂相关标准。
[Objective] To optimize the formulation of fipronil suspension and prevent pests. [Method] The 10% fipronil suspension was prepared by wet ultrafine grinding method. The type of dispersant was screened by flow point method and the method of optimization, and the proportion of wetting and dispersing agent was optimized. [Result] The optimal formulation of 10% fipronil was 10.0% (mass fraction) of fipronil, 1.5% of alkylnaphthalene sulfonate polycondensate (Morwet D-425), and the alkyl naphthalene sulfonate and anion 1.0% of wetting agent mixture (Morwet EFW), 0.1% of xanthan gum, 0.5% of magnesium aluminum silicate, 5.0% of ethylene glycol, and water make up to 100%. [Conclusion] After being stored at (54 ± 2) ℃ for 14 d, the hydration rate, particle size distribution and rheological properties of the preparation were all good. The other indexes were in accordance with the standards of suspending agent.
