思想政治工作者感到最烦恼的事,是自己讲的别人根本不信、不听,甚至跟你“对着干”。这种情况在做后进青年工作时尤为突出。对此,我们有的同志往往认为现在的思想政治工作越来越难搞,而逐渐失去信心。这固然有其客观原因,但就思想政治工作者本身来说,能不能“换把椅子坐坐”,从工作对象的心理方面作点研究,对我们的工作加以改进呢?我认为,这是我们做好思想政治工作十分必要而且重要的一环。下面对作为思想政治工作对象的人们的心理状况试作些分析:
