2009年10月,教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心对山东省潍坊市2.4万名学生的大样本教育质量测评显示:潍坊市中小学生的每日作业量远低于全国常模,居全国领先位次,学习压力水平显著低于全国平均水平。2012年10月,教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心再次在全国开展大样本教育质量测评,潍坊市的成绩同样优异:潍坊市中小学生在学业水平、睡眠时间、作业时间、自信心、学习动机等方面均明显优于全国常模,且多数指标较2009年有更好表现,继续呈现“轻负担、高质量”的发展态势。
