近年来,枣缩果病在我国主要枣区发生危害严重,大流行年份能使红枣减产2500万公斤。1981年我省新郑县枣区该病大流行,病株率达95%,落果盖地,减产300万公斤,经济损失700多万元。且使红枣的品质变劣,果干瘦小,果肉变苦不能食用,成为大枣生产中亟待解决的难题。省协作攻关组经过五年的研究,在病原、发病规律和防治方面取得了初步结果。一、病原菌及症状枣缩果病(Erwinia jujubovora W-ang Cai Feng et Gao)系细菌性病害,病原菌属肠杆菌科(Eaterobac teiaceae)欧更氏菌属(Eruinia)的一个新种。
