‘學習苏联先進的教育理論和教學經驗’,已經成為新中国教育工作者一致的呼声了。但是,就全國範围来讲,學習的情形却是很不相同的。有些地區(如東北)学习的比较早,條件比較方便些,得到的成绩也比较大些;有些地区学習的比较晚些;有些地區还正在开始。所以,交流這些学习的经验,克服學習中的偏向,擴大學習中已得的成績,是十分必需的事情。 這里根据我所看过的一些學習苏联經驗的材料,和參觀一些学校時所看到的情况,加以介紹並提出一些意见。
’Learning advanced Soviet educational theory and teaching experience’ has become the unanimous voice of educators in new China. However, the learning situation is very different nationwide. In some areas (such as northeast China), they learned earlier and were more comfortable in terms of their qualifications. Some districts learned more later and some districts were still under way. Therefore, the exchange of these learning experiences, to overcome the bias in learning, to expand the learning achievements have been very necessary. Here I will introduce and make some comments based on some of the materials I have read about the Soviet experience and what I saw when I visited some schools.
