In order to solve the repair of concrete cracks and increase the bearing capacity of the structure, Tianjin Construction Science Research Institute and Tianjin No. 4 Construction Co., Ltd. tested two kinds of chemical grouting materials, namely, agglutinate and epoxy, and poured them into concrete. After a crack, the chemical action of its components causes the grouting material to gradually change from a liquid state to a solid state. In this process, the broken concrete is bonded together to achieve the purpose of strengthening the concrete cracks. Chemical grouting material has been applied to cracks in concrete walls, crane beams and various structural beams and columns of industrial plants
