本文概述了由天然气转化为较高价值的石化产品的意义及发展现状。着重介绍了UOP/HYDROMTO工艺和专门开发的UOPMID-100催化剂的特性;突出了在边远产气地区或现有石脑油裂解装置更新改造中应用的优越性。示范工厂运行结果和经济分析表明,采用UOP/HYDROMTO反应器和再生器以及UOPMTO-11催化剂,从廉价天然气制取高价的乙烯和丙烯在经济上是有吸引力的。在乙烯和丙烯之间的产品结构调整中还拥有较大的弹性,足以适应市场变化的需求。
This article outlines the significance and development status of petrochemical products converted from natural gas to higher value. The characteristics of the UOP / HYDROMTO process and the specially developed UOPMID-100 catalyst are highlighted. The superiority of the UOPMID-100 catalyst in the renewal of existing naphtha cracking units is highlighted. The demonstration plant operation results and economic analysis show that the use of UOP / HYDROMTO reactors and regenerators and UOPMTO-11 catalysts makes it economically attractive to make expensive ethylene and propylene from cheap natural gas. In the product structure between ethylene and propylene also has greater flexibility to adapt to market changes.
