The crystal of Mg:Zn:LiNbO3 was grown by adding 3 mol% MgO and 2 mol% ZnO into L i Nb O3.The absorption spectra of the crystal, the frequency doubling conversion efficiency of infrared spectrum and the phase matching temperature were measured.Mg ( 3 mol%): Zn (2 mol%): L i Nb O 3 crystal reaches the threshold concentration Mg: Zn: L i Nb O 3 is an excellent frequency doubling crystal material
