人CD28分子为共刺激受体分子家族中的主要成员之一,是目前国内外研究的一个热门课题,通过激活或抑制CD28分子独特的信号传导途径,探讨机体的免疫调节功能,可揭示T细胞活化的机理。人CD28分子为同源二聚体糖蛋白,Mr44000,ORF编码220个氨基酸,主要表达于T细胞表面,在T细胞的活化、增殖,淋巴分子的产生,以及免疫调节等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文仅对人CD28分子受体的家族、生物学功能与机理等进行了综述
Human CD28 molecule is one of the main members of the co-stimulatory receptor family, which is a hot topic at home and abroad. By activating or inhibiting the unique signal transduction pathway of CD28 molecule and exploring the immune regulation function of human body, it can reveal that T cell Activation mechanism. Human CD28 molecule is a homodimeric glycoprotein. Mr44000, ORF encodes 220 amino acids and is mainly expressed on the surface of T cells. It plays an important role in the activation and proliferation of T cells, the production of lymphoid molecules and immune regulation . This article reviews only the families, biological functions, and mechanisms of human CD28 receptor
