作者提出一种利用蒸汽压缩式制冷机冷却吸气的循环,用来作为改善燃气轮机性能的方法之一,业已证实,这种循环可改善燃气轮机循环特性。另一方面,从设计和使用类似这种循环的观点出发,选择适于吸气冷却系统的冷剂,也是十分重要的。在本文中,作者选择了几种具有代表性的冷剂,并分析了循环特性随冷却的不同所产生的差异以及实际设计冷却系统时所要求的特性。分析结果表明,选择冷剂时必须分析下列特性:例如冷剂流量、制冷机压比、制冷机出口冷剂温度和进口冷剂体积以及循环特性,如热效率和比功率。
The authors propose a cycle that uses a vapor compression refrigerator to cool the inspiratory air as one of the ways to improve the performance of the gas turbine, which has been shown to improve gas turbine cycle characteristics. On the other hand, it is also important to choose a suitable refrigerant for the suction cooling system, from the standpoint of designing and using a cycle like this. In this paper, the authors selected several representative refrigerants and analyzed the differences in the cycling characteristics as a function of cooling, as well as the characteristics required to actually design the cooling system. The analysis shows that the following characteristics must be analyzed when choosing a refrigerant: for example, refrigerant flow, refrigerator pressure ratio, refrigerator outlet refrigerant temperature, inlet refrigerant volume, and cycle characteristics such as thermal efficiency and specific power.
