快循环同步加速器(Rapid Cycling Synchrotron,RCS)对谐振电源系统有严格的要求,本文介绍了一种以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)为核心的谐振网络保护系统的软件设计和实现,用于RCS电源系统负载网络。以PLC为核心,通过对相关数据的采集、调理、判断,实现对负载网络设备状态的实时监测,并及时、准确地将故障信息发送至相关电源。同时,通过对人机交互界面(Human Machine Interface,HMI)的开发,使系统具备状态显示、故障查询、系统复位等功能。针对系统要求,在保证系统可靠性的前提下,尽可能缩短保护系统响应时间。模拟测试结果表明,系统能够及时、准确处理故障状态,最大响应时间约16 ms,满足设计要求。
The Rapid Cycling Synchrotron (RCS) has strict requirements on the resonant power system. This paper presents a software design and implementation of a resonant network protection system based on a programmable logic controller (PLC) For the RCS power system load network. PLC as the core, through the relevant data collection, conditioning, judging, real-time monitoring of load network equipment status, and timely and accurate fault information sent to the relevant power supply. At the same time, through the development of Human Machine Interface (HMI), the system has the functions of status display, fault inquiry and system reset. For the system requirements, to ensure system reliability, as much as possible to shorten the protection system response time. Simulation results show that the system can timely and accurately handle the fault condition, the maximum response time of about 16 ms, to meet the design requirements.
