目的探讨脑梗死急性期血小板活化在血栓形成中的作用。方法采用流式细胞术检测脑梗死患者全血标本血小板膜表面P-选择素(CD62P)与纤维蛋白原受体(FIB-R)的表达。结果与正常对照组比较,脑血栓形成组(例及腔隙性梗死组(例于发病后43)47)1~3d内CD62P与FIB-R的表达(阳性细胞百分率)均有显著性增高。脑血栓形成组FIB-R表达增加明显高于腔隙性梗死组,至病程第日7FIB-R表达增高仍有显著性差异。两患者组中发病前服用阿司匹林与否未见对检测结果有显著影响。结论脑血栓形成与腔隙性梗死急性期均存在血小板活化;阿司匹林对血小板膜表面表达CD62P及FIB-R无影响。
Objective To investigate the role of platelet activation during acute cerebral infarction in thrombosis. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of P-selectin (CD62P) and fibrinogen receptor (FIB-R) on the platelet membrane of patients with cerebral infarction. Results Compared with the normal control group, the expression of CD62P and FIB-R (positive cell percentage) in cerebral thrombosis group (for example, lacunar infarction group (at onset 43) 47) was significantly increased from 1 to 3d. The increased expression of FIB-R in cerebral thrombosis group was significantly higher than that in lacunar infarction group, and there was still a significant difference in the expression of 7FIB-R on the first day of disease. The two groups of patients before the onset of aspirin or not without the test results have a significant impact. Conclusions Both platelet activation is present in cerebral thrombosis and acute stage of lacunar infarction. Aspirin has no effect on the expression of CD62P and FIB-R on platelet membrane.
