化学气相沉积碳化钛(简称CVD 法TiC 工艺)是一种表面强化热处理新工艺。TiC 沉积层具有高硬度、高耐磨性和低摩擦系数的特点,适用于强化工夹模具和需要耐磨的机械零件,用此法可以得到比传统工艺更好的表面质量,使工模具的寿命提高3~10倍,而且这种工艺可以得到多种沉积层,是一般表面处理无法相比的。我国七十年代开始研究这种新工艺。我所对CVD 法工艺和设备的研究已有十年,研究成果已通过鉴定,并转让给工厂,投产已三年多了。用此工艺和设备处理了8000多件
