应用细胞内生物电记录技术,观察可乐定对离体豚鼠腹腔神经节细胞膜特性的作用。在检测的54个细胞中有18个细胞对可乐定敏感,其中8个细胞出现去极化反应伴随膜电阻降低,7个细胞出现超极化反应伴随膜电阻增高,3个细胞出现先去极化、后超极化的双相反应。可乐定去极化反应不受低钙/高镁溶液的影响,也不能被心得安及育享宾阻断,但能为哌唑嗪可阻逆地阻断。实验结果表明,可乐定对腹腔神经节细胞的膜电位与膜电阻有一定作用。
The intracellular bioelectricity recording technique was used to observe the effect of clonidine on the membrane properties of celiac ganglion cells in guinea pigs. Among the 54 cells tested, 18 cells were sensitive to clonidine, in which 8 cells appeared depolarization accompanied by decreased membrane resistance, 7 cells hyperpolarization accompanied by increased membrane resistance, 3 cells first depolarization Bipolar reaction after hyperpolarization.
