研究了等离子喷涂工艺参数稳定性对Cr2 O3涂层结合强度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明 ,影响涂层性能及其稳定性的最重要的工艺参数是电弧电流 ,其次为涂层厚度 ;电弧电流和涂层厚度之间有一定的交互作用。涂层孔隙率是影响涂层性能的主要原因。涂层的抗拉结合强度与耐磨性之间存在着正比关系。
The effect of plasma spray process parameters stability on the bond strength and wear resistance of Cr 2 O 3 coatings was studied. The results show that the most important process parameters affecting the coating performance and its stability are arc current, followed by coating thickness; there is a certain interaction between arc current and coating thickness. Coating porosity is the main reason for the performance of the coating. There is a direct relationship between the tensile strength and abrasion resistance of the coating.
