通过对国内外医疗市场对高素质护理人才需求增多但优秀涉外护生的培养供给较少这种失衡现状的分析,提出问题—制约涉外护理专业教育成功的关键是目前国内涉外护理专业英语课程设置的缺乏科学性和合理性,进而笔者立足于本校四年制本科涉外护理专业培养目标和现状,试图探索出一套适合本科涉外护理教育的英语课程体系。结果发现,科学、合理的英语课程设置有利于涉外护生公共英语和专业英语水平的提高,为顺利通过托福、雅思和CGFNS考试创造了有利的先决条件。
Through the analysis of the current imbalance in the supply of high quality nurses in the domestic and international medical markets, but the shortage of excellent nurses, this paper puts forward the key points to solve the problem of the success of the education in foreign nursing majors. At present, The lack of scientific and reasonable, and then the author based on the four-year undergraduate nursing education objectives and the status quo, trying to explore a suitable undergraduate nursing education in English curriculum system. The results showed that the establishment of a scientific and reasonable English curriculum is conducive to the improvement of the public English and professional English proficiency of foreign nursing students and created favorable preconditions for successfully passing the TOEFL, IELTS and CGFNS examinations.
