不久前,“中国商标服务网”网站上公布了广东省潮州市盆景协会副会长陈歆田(中国盆景艺术家协会会员、第二届理事会理事)为他的盆景向工商部门注册上了名为《石敢当》的商标(见附图)。这在盆景界里可是件新鲜事。在当今繁华的市场上,在千姿百态的商品中,人们随时随地都可看到琳琅满目的各式商标,唯独没有看到出售的盆景上标示注册商标。陈歆田的行为,可说是盆景商品化以来,为使盆景生产进一步纳入经济轨道,更好地开拓销售市场而采取的一项开创性举措。我们从中可以得到许多有益的启迪。为盆景注册商标,是促进盆景流通、发展盆景事业的一项战略措施。我国是世界盆景艺术的始祖,已有一千多年的历史,其艺术积淀深厚,流派纷呈,风格
