1 概况目前,我国火力发电厂水力输送灰渣管道的磨损和结垢是一个相当严重的问题,特别是弯头的管道。现在火电厂所选的管材仍是耐磨铸钢管,10mm厚的管壁半年左右就磨穿了。虽经改选材质,如铸面内衬,因其笨重、质量不稳定、脆性大、运输不便、易碎等弊端,而已不被采用。电厂由于磨损造成事故较多,维修间隔短,不但影响电厂的安全运行,增加维修费用,而且造成环境污染。为此,本专题研制高强、轻质、耐腐的玻璃钢与耐磨陶瓷或超高分子聚乙烯作内衬的复合管道,对解决电厂灰渣管道的磨损和结垢,具有十分重要的现实意义。
1 Overview At present, the wear and scaling of hydraulic conveying ash pipes in thermal power plants in our country is a serious problem, especially the elbow pipe. Now the selected power plant pipe is still wear-resistant steel pipe, 10mm thick wall worn about half a year. Despite the re-election of materials, such as casting lining, because of its bulky, unstable quality, brittle, transport inconvenience, fragile and other drawbacks, and has not been adopted. Power plants due to wear and tear caused more accidents, maintenance interval is short, not only affect the safe operation of power plants, increase maintenance costs, but also cause environmental pollution. To this end, the project developed high-strength, lightweight, corrosion-resistant FRP and wear-resistant ceramic or UHMWPE lined composite pipe, to solve the power plant ash pipe wear and scaling, has very important practical significance .
