高等职业院校人才的培养目标是培养既有必要基础理论,又有较强实践动手能力的面对生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高技能应用性人才。学生的专业岗位动手能力要在学校学习期间获得,必须通过教师的教学活动来实现。因此,高职院校教师既要具备普通高校教师的基本素质,又应具有相应的专业职业资格和能力,这直接关系到高职院校人才培养目标是否能够实现,关系到人才培养的质量。
The goal of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate highly skilled applicants who are in line with production, construction, management and service with necessary basic theories as well as strong practical ability. Students’ professional job skills to be acquired during school learning must be achieved through the teacher’s teaching activities. Therefore, the teachers of higher vocational colleges should not only have the basic qualities of ordinary college teachers, but also have the corresponding professional qualifications and abilities. This is directly related to whether the goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges can be realized and the quality of personnel training.
