完成了铁水热装入 ５０ ｔ超高功率电弧炉的试验，节能效果显著，电耗降低 ３０－１０ ｋＷ·ｈ／ｔ，平均为 ５０ ｋＷ·ｈ／ｔ；冶炼时间缩短 ５—２０ ｍｉｎ平均 ７ ｍｉｎ．并对影响冶炼电耗、时间的关键问题进行了分析．
Completed the test of hot metal hot charging into 50t ultra-high power electric arc furnace, with obvious energy-saving effect, reducing power consumption by 30-10 kW · h / t and averaging 50 kW · h / t; shortening the smelting time by 5-20 min 7 min. The key problems that affect the power consumption and time of smelting are also analyzed.
