目的:对蛤蚧的称谓、产区、性状、功效、真伪、用药部位进行本草考证。方法:通过查阅历代本草文献进行考证。结果:文献调查表明,蛤蚧称谓以象声词命名;广西自明代起为蛤蚧主产区,清代起成为道地产区;宋之前蛤蚧以平喘止咳功效为主,明代以后增加补肾壮阳功效记载。结论:通过现代科学研究佐证了蛤蚧历代本草记载具备一定的科学性,为实施蛤蚧优良品种选育提供重要文献依据。 OBJECTIVE: To make the research on the title, producing area, traits, efficacy, authenticity and medication of Gekko gecko. Methods: The textual research through the access to ancient herbal literature. Results: The literature survey showed that the gecko title was named after the onomatopoeia. From the Ming Dynasty, Guangxi was the main producing area of ​​Gecko Gecko and the Qing Dynasty became the real estate area. Before the Song Dynasty Gecko was mainly used to relieve asthma and cough. CONCLUSION: Through the scientific research, it has been proved that Cladidae records in ancient times have some scientific significance, which provides an important basis for the implementation of the breeding of excellent species of Gekko gecko.
