随着全球范围内经济结构的调整,离岸服务外包需求的日益增长,以及各级政府以建设和谐社会、服务型政府为目标,希望将产业重心由制造业转向服务业,纷纷推出声谷、呼叫中心产业园等,出台扶持政策,促进了区域性服务外包行业的快速发展,使得国内逐步具备了发展呼叫中心外包的产业环境。因此,专注于核心业务,将客户服务中心、呼叫中心整体或部分外包,成为当前企业压缩成本、提升核心竞争力的重要举措。
