市场经济的稳步发展,使得客户关系管理在现代企业经营管理中发挥着巨大的作用。企业唯有高度关注客户关系管理,在日常工作中,对客户关系加强管理,对职工加强培训,指导职工树立优质的客户服务意识,才能够利用好客户关系管理系统,从而在市场中占据主动权。为此,笔者通过查阅相关文献资料,针对营销工作中的客户关系管理加以分析。
