测定钢中奥氏体本质晶粒度是检验钢材质量的方法之一。合理制定热处理工艺是正确反映钢中奥氏体本质晶粒度大小的重要手段。众所周知,由于热处理工艺不当会造成碳化物网络不完整(清晰)。在我厂生产检验中含钼渗碳钢问题表现明显,给评定晶粒度级别带来困难甚至不能评定。本文针对这一问题调整了渗碳过程中的降温速度使碳化物网络清晰完整并节省了工时及能源。
Determination of the intrinsic austenite grain size of steel is one of the methods of testing the quality of steel. Reasonable development of heat treatment process is an accurate reflection of the size of austenite grain size of the important means. It is well-known that carbide networks are incomplete (clear) due to improper heat treatment processes. Molybdenum carburizing steel in our factory production test obvious performance problems, to assess the level of grain-level difficulties or even can not be assessed. In response to this problem, this paper adjusts the cooling rate in carburizing process to make the carbide network clear and complete and save man-hours and energy.
