目的:探讨接骨膏外敷给药对家兔骨折愈合过程中BMP7、CBFA1 mRNA表达的影响,分析其促进骨折愈合的作用机理。方法:建立30只家兔桡骨骨折模型,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15只,实验组在其患处外敷接骨膏并用小夹板固定;对照组不使用药物,仅常规消毒后进行小夹板固定。分别于给药后第3、6、10周每组随机抽取5只,取患处组织标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定家兔骨组织中BMP7、CBFA1 mRNA的含量,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:实时荧光定量PCR检测结果显示:实验组家兔第3、10周末患处骨组织标本中BMP7、CBFA1 mRNA表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:接骨膏外敷给药可促进患处骨组织中BMP7、CBFA1 mRNA的表达,促进骨折愈合,缩短骨折的愈合时间。
Objective: To investigate the effect of external application of Jieu Gao on the expression of BMP7 and CBFA1 mRNA during fracture healing in rabbits, and to explore the mechanism of its effect on promoting fracture healing. Methods: Thirty rabbits with radius fracture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 rats in each group. The experimental group was given plaster cream on the affected area and fixed with a small splint. In the control group, no drug was used, Plywood fixed. At the 3rd, 6th and 10th week after administration, 5 rabbits in each group were randomly selected, and the tissue samples of the affected area were taken. The contents of BMP7 and CBFA1 mRNA in rabbits bone were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the data were statistically analyzed . Results: The results of real-time PCR showed that the expression of BMP7 and CBFA1 mRNA in the bone tissue of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group on the 3rd and 10th week (P0.05) .Conclusion: The administration can promote the expression of BMP7 and CBFA1 mRNA in the bone tissue of the affected area, promote the fracture healing and shorten the healing time of the fracture.
