测定了丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚合反应的竞聚率。当M_1=IBA,M_2=MMA,它们分别为r_1=0.14,r_2=2.50。共聚物Tg值均在105℃以上。热熔流动性与硬度较PMMA高。布氏硬度值在20℃时测定在21~25kg/mm~2之间。共聚物的拉伸与压缩强度较PIBA有较大提高,且随MMA链节增减而变化。共聚物透明性好,折光指数在1.4920~1.4985之间,对于可见光区的透光率与PMMA相同。
The copolymerization reactivity of isobornyl acrylate (IBA) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) was measured. When M_1 = IBA, M_2 = MMA, they are r_1 = 0.14 and r_2 = 2.50, respectively. The copolymer Tg values are above 105 ℃. Hot melt fluidity and hardness higher than PMMA. Brinell hardness at 20 ℃ measured at 21 ~ 25kg / mm ~ 2 between. The tensile strength and compressive strength of the copolymer are higher than that of PIBA, and change with the increase or decrease of MMA chain. The copolymer has good transparency and the refractive index is between 1.4920 and 1.4985, and the transmittance for the visible region is the same as that of PMMA.
