近几年来,图书的出版发行发展迅速,竞争激烈。各出版发行部门,为抢占图书市场,打破了由统一书目征发图书信息、新华书店“一统天下”发行图书的常规,自办发行、自行推销,形成了分散多头的发行局面。出现了“五花八门”的图书发行信息。如各类订单、各种图书广告、委托代销、上门服务等。对此,常统称为多渠道图书信息。它的出现,一方面活跃了图书市场,拓宽了图书征集范围,另一方面,也给图书征集工作带来诸多不便。例如重复征订、增加工作量、干扰统一书目征集,甚至使征订部门上当受骗等等。面对繁杂的多渠道图书信息,有的征集部门不屑一顾;有的等待、观望;还有的草率征订,造成经济损失。面对这种状况,应如何把握和采取怎样的对策?
