[目的]建立棉花中多种农药残留同时检测的分析方法。[方法]样品中残留农药采用乙腈提取,使用PSA粉净化,再经在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱/质谱(GPC-GC/MS)分析,进一步除去样液中脂肪等大分子干扰物质。[结果]加标水平为0.008~0.064 mg/kg时,回收率为65%~120%,相对标准偏差小于15%;44种农药的检出限为0.000 5~0.020 0 mg/kg。[结论]试验证明,该方法操作简单快速、准确度高,能够满足棉花中多种农药残留限量标准的检测要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish an analytical method for simultaneous detection of various pesticide residues in cotton. [Method] Residual pesticides in samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with PSA powder and then further analyzed by GPC-GC / MS to further remove macromolecular interferences such as fat in the sample solution. [Result] The recoveries ranged from 65% to 120% at spiking levels of 0.008-0.064 mg / kg with relative standard deviations less than 15%. The detection limits of 44 pesticides ranged from 0.0005 to 0.020 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The experiment proves that the method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can meet the testing requirements of a variety of pesticide residue limits in cotton.
