目的:研究以HPLC-ELSD法测定枸杞子中甜菜碱的含量。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法。Luna5u SCX100A色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.10mol·L-1醋酸铵(15∶85),体积流量1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测器参数为雾化器温度60℃,蒸发器温度90℃,蒸发器气流1.0L·min-1。结果:甜菜碱线性范围为0.75~3.75μg(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为2.05%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速,准确,适用于测定枸杞子中甜菜碱的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of betaine in Fructus Lycii by HPLC-ELSD. Methods: HPLC-ELSD method was used. Luna5u SCX100A column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), mobile phase methanol-0.10mol·L-1 ammonium acetate (15:85), volume flow rate 1.0mL · min-1 and column temperature 30 ℃.
