OA系统是我国企业管理中最为普及和成熟的应用系统之一,是将企业现代化办公与计算机网络功能结合起来,形成新型的办公方式。办公自动化在企业中的运用以提高企业管理效率和决策效能为主要目的,通过软件管理,实现办公数字化,并在此基础上优化组织结构,协同办公,强化决策,进而达到企业现代化科学管理。本文首先OA系统的发展出发,在此基础上对OA系统在企业日常办公标准化工作中的应用进行论述,提出了一些自己的看法和建议。
OA system is one of the most popular and mature application systems in business management in our country. It combines the functions of modern office and computer network to form a new office. The use of office automation in the enterprise to improve the efficiency of corporate management and decision-making efficiency as the main purpose, through the management of software to achieve office digitization, and on the basis of optimizing the organizational structure, coordination of office, and strengthen decision-making, and thus achieve modern enterprise scientific management. This paper starts with the development of OA system, on the basis of which, it discusses the application of OA system in the standardization of daily office work and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.
