随着年龄的增加,老年人由于机体形态与功能发生了一系列变化,对于食物营养需要有其特殊的要求,为了适应这些变化就应供给合宜的平衡膳食,营养平衡对于维持老年人健康长寿起着重要作用。如何加强老年保健、延缓衰老进程、防治各种老年常见病,达到健康长寿和提高生命质量的目的,已成为医学界大力研究的重要课题。因此,本文从膳食营养与运动的角度探讨衰老的机制和生理变化,研究老年期的营养需要及合理膳食十分重要。
