微管相关蛋白1轻链3(MAP1LC3)是哺乳动物中酿酒酵母自噬相关基因8(autophagy-related gene 8,ATG8)的直向同系物,参与自噬延长过程。既往研究表明,细胞自噬的活性异常与肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗、治疗耐受、侵袭转移、复发、预后等密切相关。MAP1LC3作为自噬前体到自噬小体进展过程中的重要中间产物,标记自噬活性、评价自噬强度的关键蛋白,是近年来肿瘤研究的新热点。本文就MAP1LC3在妇科主要恶性肿瘤临床各阶段的作用进行综述。
Microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3 (MAP1LC3) is a mammalian homolog of autophagy-related gene 8 (ATG8) and participates in the process of autophagy elongation. Previous studies have shown that the abnormal activity of autophagy is closely related to the occurrence, development, treatment, treatment tolerance, invasion and metastasis, recurrence, and prognosis of tumors. MAP1LC3 is an important intermediate in the progression of autophagic precursors to autophagosomes. The key protein that marks autophagic activity and evaluates autophagic intensity is a new hotspot in cancer research in recent years. This article reviews the role of MAP1LC3 in clinical stages of major gynecological malignancies.
