通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,对体育专业“技术学科”有效教学的内涵和教学原则展开分析,为高校体育专业教学改革提供理论支撑。研究结果显示:“技术学科”有效教学的内涵核心在于构建开放的教学环境、注重学生的身体参与性、建立清晰的教学目标、加强师生的互动性和交往影响性以及提升学生“学”和教师“授”的融合度。以内涵为主线,提出体育专业“技术学科”有效教学应该遵循教学的系统性、创新性、开放性、理论与实践相结合以及适应社会发展等原则。
Through the methods of literature review, interview and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the connotation and teaching principle of effective teaching of PE major and “technology subject”, and provides theoretical support for the teaching reform of PE major in colleges and universities. The results show that the core content of effective teaching is to construct an open teaching environment, pay attention to students ’physical participation, establish clear teaching objectives, enhance the interaction between teachers and students and the impact of communication, and enhance students’ Learning “and teachers ” grant “degree of fusion. Based on the connotation, it is suggested that the effective teaching of PE specialty ”technology subject " should follow the principles of teaching systematization, innovation, openness, combination of theory and practice and adaptation to social development.
