山不在高,有仙则名。苏州以西17公里处的一座海拔不足百米的小山,因为有了李根源先生买山葬母、庐墓守孝的缘故,名闻遐迩,这座山叫小王山。小王山又名琴台山,又叫作小黄山,为穹窿山向东延伸的余脉。1923年,国民党元老、爱国将领、辛亥革命老人李根源先生,因为反对曹锟贿选,愤而辞去代总理的高位,退出北洋政府,离政息影,隐居苏州十全街。1928年李根源买山葬母,从此开始了在小王山
