目的建立一种利用固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱法同时测定水中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的分析方法。方法水样中的被测物经C18固相萃取小柱富集,利用二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯洗脱,用气相色谱-质谱法检测,以保留时间和选择离子定性,D4-邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(D4-DEHP)作为内标物定量。结果 17种化合物在试验范围内分离效果好,曲线相关系数>0.996,检出限(LOD)为1.2 ng/L~8.9 ng/L,样品平均加标回收率为81.7%~107.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.25%~9.15%。结论该方法简便、快速,具有较高的准确度与精密度,回收率高,适合于水中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 17 phthalate esters in water by solid-phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Methods The analytes in water sample were enriched by C18 solid phase extraction cartridges, eluted with dichloromethane and ethyl acetate, and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with retention time and selected ion. D4-o- Di (2-ethylhexyl) formate (D4-DEHP) was quantified as an internal standard. Results The results showed that the 17 compounds were well separated in the experimental range with a correlation coefficient> 0.996 and a detection limit (LOD) of 1.2 ng / L ~ 8.9 ng / L. The average recoveries of the compounds ranged from 81.7% to 107.8% Deviation (RSD) is 2.25% ~ 9.15%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, high accuracy and precision, high recovery rate, suitable for the determination of phthalates in water.
