随着社会的进步和科技的发展,新的犯罪形式和手段不断出现,促使刑事侦查工作必须开展信息化建设。一年来,我们浙江省温州市公安局鹿城分局刑侦大队经过全局上下的积极探索,初步建立了一套与各项刑侦基础工作和专业手段紧密结合的侦查信息管理模式,在刑事侦查工作信息化改造的道路上迈出了第一步。规范信息采集提高信息质量刑事案件资料和违法犯罪人员信息既是刑侦信息系统的核心,也是刑侦信息系统的基础。它在刑事侦查工作中占有非常重要的地位。为使刑事案件资料和违法犯罪人员信息录入更全面、准确、规范、及时,我们制定了以各派出所为基本录入点、刑侦大队信息中队负责刑侦信息综合管理的制度。 1.制定了严格的信息录入标准,统一了信息输入方式,使得民警们一打开鹿城分局刑侦大队的网页,从案件类別、作案程序到案犯体貌特征、损失物品、失主联系方式等等都一目了然,从而提高了上网查询、串并案件的效率。
