采用微波消解-ICP-OES法同时测定1~12月不同采收期野生白花丹药材叶中无机元素含量,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析法对测定结果进行分析.结果表明:Al,B,Fe,Mo,Sn,Ti,V,Cu,Ni,Cd,Mn,Si元素为白花丹的特征无机元素;Mo,P,Pd,Fe,Al,Sn,Ti,V,B,K各元素相互紧密联系,并与Ca,Sr拮抗;7~10月的白花丹叶中的元素含量可视为同质.
The content of inorganic elements in the leaves of wild Chinese white Huadan Dan from January to December at the same time was determined by microwave digestion-ICP-OES method and the results were analyzed by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The elements of Al, B, Fe, Mo, Sn, Ti, V, Cu, Ni, Cd, Mn and Si are the characteristic inorganic elements of Pistacia chinensis; Mo, P, Pd, Fe, Al, Sn, Ti, V, B , K elements are closely related to each other, and with Ca, Sr antagonistic; October to October in the elemental content of white Huadan can be considered as homogeneous.
