目的:选择对亚胺培南一水合物无菌检查的适宜检查方法,保证检验结果的准确性和可靠性。方法:采用《中国药典》2005年版二部附录无菌检查法项下薄膜过滤法。结果:确定了亚胺培南一水合物无菌检查法的最佳冲洗条件及操作方法。结论:建立的亚胺培南一水合物无菌检查法可供实用。 OBJECTIVE: To select the appropriate test method for the sterile examination of imipenem monohydrate to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. Methods: The “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2005 edition two appendix sterile examination under the membrane filtration method. Results: The optimum washing conditions and operating methods of imipenem monohydrate sterile test were determined. Conclusion: The established imipenem monohydrate sterility test is available.
