简要介绍了双头双碎圆盘剪在酸轧联机生产线上的作用及其基本结构。对二酸轧生产线宽度调节精度下降的原因进行了分析,发现主要是由于电机速度编码器损坏、滚珠丝杆间隙增大而导致定位精度下降、变频器运行报警,通过恢复宽度调节电机速度编码器,调整PLC及变频器参数等方法,恢复了圆盘剪宽度定位精度,改善了圆盘剪工作状况;恢复了电气控制功能,将机械磨损对圆盘剪功能精度的影响降至最低,保证了机组功能精度。
This paper briefly introduces the function and basic structure of double-head and double-broken disc shears in the sour rolling line. The reason for the decrease of the width adjustment accuracy of the diacid rolling line was analyzed and found to be mainly due to the damage of the motor speed encoder and the decrease of the positioning accuracy due to the increase of the ball screw clearance. The frequency converter is operated to alarm. The width of the motor speed encoder , Adjust the PLC and inverter parameters and other methods to restore the width of the disc shears positioning accuracy and improve the disc shears working conditions; restore the electrical control function, the mechanical wear and tear on the disc cutter functional precision to a minimum, to ensure that Unit function accuracy.
